We are excited to have your son attend boys camp this year. There are three things that need accomplished to sign-up your son.
1 - Fill out the information form
2 - Print and sign BOTH waivers, then return them to a lead counselor or a committee member
3 - Submit a donation, if you can, to help cover camping, activity, shirts, and food.
Below is the activity and medical consent waivers. These forms needs filled out and signed by a parent or guardian before your son can go to boys camp. Please return the waivers to the lead counselor or one of the committee members.
